Terresense, Inc. provides "state of the art" airborne remote sensing services for private, commercial, government agencies, and research & development groups.

The geospatial information gathered will assist agencies with environmental impact, monitoring, planning, development, and management of forest-based natural resources.

The Terresense sensor suite was developed to provide detailed data in a Geographic Information System (GIS) for tree height, tree biomass (tons/acre), tree carbon content (tons/acre), and percentage of canopy closure. This data will assist the forestland owners, managers, researchers, and public/private policy and decision makers to better manage and preserve timberland assets.
